Shipping Policy

Good Water X offers FREE shipping on all orders above $99 in the USA. Orders shipping to Hawaii and Alaska may be subject to additional shipping charges. 

You will be asked to provide a valid phone number at Checkout. We deliver most of our orders via FedEx or UPS which requires a valid phone number to ensure delivery. 

HOW WE SHIP

We ship via all major carriers, including UPS, FedEx, the United States Postal Service, and various freight carriers.

Standard Shipping
Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. In most cases, you will receive your product within 5-14 business days using ground delivery.

Estimated Delivery Time
Orders shipped via standard shipping, will be delivered within 1-2 weeks.

ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO OR CANADA

Most items may be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Canada for an additional surcharge. Please contact us and you will be provided with a shipping quote over the phone or by email. The total shipping cost of your order is based on the weight of the total order and delivery destination. 

BILLING AND SHIPPING VERIFICATION

We ship only to the billing address of the cardholder or to a verified shipping address. If an order is placed where the shipping and billing address does not match we will put the order on hold for manual verification. We may require a copy of your identification card to be emailed to us.

P.O. BOXES / MILITARY APO / FPO ADDRESSES

Good Water X is unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO Addresses at this time. UPS, FedEx, and other Freight Companies do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO's, or FPO's.
